Rick Morris

Rick graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Marketing. He joined the company in 1979 and began his career by selling analog test equipment into carrier accounts. Rick brings extensive industry experience to the management team and was responsible for general operations of the company for several decades.

As a current member of the Board, his primary responsibilities include oversight of internal controls, facilities, finance, and contracts. In addition to his professional obligations, Rick continues to be a moral leader of the company and his reputation has over time become synonymous with who we have become as a business. He is absolutely committed to making Blackwood a wonderful place to work and to ensuring that our customers have a great experience.
